President: Brent Stewart: Officer installation is scheduled for July 1st. Waiting on confirmation if Jim Zabora or new area director Richard Porter will act as installing officer.
Jim Salih (VPE Role) and Debbie Young (Speech Organization) taught sessions last week during TLI Training. Make-up sessions are available for officers who missed the training. South County Toastmasters is currently the only club to have achieved the Smedley Award this cycle.
Laura Romano volunteered to support the club audit.
Continued efforts to improve the “Owl” conferencing system. Adjustments have been made: Online members are encouraged to provide feedback on audio clarity and disruptive background conversations.
VPE: Sylvia Awondatu: No Report
VPM: Jim Salih: Sylvia Awondatu is working on the first meeting schedule for July. Members have been mostly responsive in submitting their preferences and constraints.
VPPR: Debbie Young: A custom storage box for ribbons is on order.
Secretary: Tom Braun Reported a delay in approving the July 10th meeting minutes due to an overwrite. The corrected version is now accessible.
