President: Brent Stewart: Installation Update: Waiting on responses from Jim Zaborin and Richard Porter regarding installation; email follow-up will be forwarded with an expected answer within a few days. Contingency plans will be developed if no response is received.
Last week, we received mixed reviews regarding the Zoom meeting reception. Technical adjustments have been applied due to previous freezing issues during table topics. Jim Salih performed work on the computer to improve stability. We will continue to monitor the sound quality.
We continue to discuss whether participants should stand or stay seated during table topics, with feedback being solicited from both in-person and Zoom attendees.
Brent Stewart was pleased to award Debbie Young the Triple Crown pin for completing three educational paths in the past year.

Treasurer Brian Scarpace: Expressed gratitude for serving as treasurer for the past six months. Brian also noted that the club will not have the regular meeting room on August 5th and August 19th; alternative locations or Zoom meetings to be arranged for those dates.

Correspondence and Announcements: Combined Par 3 golf and bocce tournaments at Tower T set for this Saturday. Golf starts at 8:30 AM. Bocce starts at 11:00 AM.
Action Items & Follow-Ups
Email follow-up to Jim Zaborin and Richard Porter regarding officer installation (to be completed tonight).
Monitor the technical performance of the Zoom meeting, especially at the next meeting, and collect feedback from remote attendees, particularly Rebecca.
Plan alternative meeting arrangements for August 5th and 19th (likely via Zoom).
Distribute and clear out old paper manuals during breaks.
