President Patrick Hunt asked if there were any corrections or additions that needed to be made to the meeting minutes of July 28, 2021. Jim Salih announced two changes were made to the official version of the minutes on the website. They were:
- Changed the name of the Timer from Patrick Hunt to Susan McConnell.
- The words “ Zoom” and “Sunset” were reversed under the attendance heading.

- VPPR Liz DeCamp: TM members may sign up for the Toastmasters International virtual Convention which runs from August 23 – 28. There are two levels of registration: a free, limited participation level and a full participation level for $25.00. The registration link is https://www.toastmasters.org/events/2021-international-convention .

Correspondence or Announcements –
- D8 will offer some special officer training that requires all seven officers to train.
- Patrick announced that he will inform us of any additional officer training sessions.
- Patrick announced the need to assign the proxy vote for the TM International officers this year. We can vote as a club or assign our vote to the District Director. We must decide by next week.
