President Patrick Hunt asked if there were any corrections or additions that needed to be made to the meeting minutes for July 21, 2021 – hearing none, they were accepted as published.

- VPE Bill Collier: has sent out all schedules for the month of August. Please check them and notify the Toastmaster of that Night for any needed changes. Also, we have only two speakers scheduled for each week in the month of August. (So, speaking opportunities exist in August)
- VPPR Liz DeCamp: There are networking possibilities (email Liz). The Toastmaster International convention happens in August. It is a virtual event this year so go to toastmasters.org to register. It runs from August 23 – 28. Basic pass is free. Full access pass is $25.00.
- VPM Sandy Roll: none
- Treas. Brent Stewart: The Sunset Hills meeting room fees are paid through the end of September.

- Sgt-at-Arms JD Perper: none

Correspondence or Announcements – Jim Salih reported that Max Kaiser is recovering well and is optimistic about being able to attend meetings in the future although he is still in his convalescent home.
