    • Minutes of the August 12 meeting were sent out, hearing no change requests they were approved as sent and posted.
    • On behalf of the Treasurer, Jerry reported that:
    • Dues of $76 are due by September 15th.  Either bring your payment to a meeting in person and give it to Jerry Paul, or mail it to the address Kim Bond sent us in an email.
  • VPE – Kat Higashino –
    • The 5th week of September will be a meeting to allow members to progress in Pathways.  Kat reported that she has 3 speakers and evaluators assigned.  She needs more helpers and for members to bring guests.  Contact Kat if you would like to volunteer.
  • VPM – Brent Stewart
    • Brent has reached out to past members to see if they are interested in coming back.  Jim Ruczika has a nephew who might be interested. Some others might be interested as well.
  • VP-PR – Partick Hunt
  • Secretary – Kathy Denton
    • Kathy downloaded the club roster from Club Central on the Toastmaster’s International website and discovered that for each member there are two dates, the most recent join date for this club and their original join date with Toastmasters International.  Contact Kathy if you would like to know what your dates are in the report.

Announcements:

• Jerry informed us of a Zoom training coming up, and Debbie informed us the date is going to change.  So we should get an email about it when the date is updated.
• Our guests, Liz DeCamp and Elisa Wong both expressed interest in joining.  Brent will send them membership forms.  Liz said she plans to come back in Mid September.  Elisa said she googled clubs in her area and found about 70 clubs and ours was the most structured with a good website and minutes.
