Officers’ Reports: Note: No business meeting was held, however there was discussion about the upcoming hybrid meeting, documented below.

Officers:

• • President – Jerry Paul – Next week, August 5, will be our first hybrid meeting.  Jerry and Debbie tested the new Zoom room equipment at the Sunset Hills Community Center and it works well.  Debbie and Jerry will get there early to setup the room.
  • VPE – Kat Higashino – Kat will send an email to find out how many plan to attend in person.  Due to the Community Center requirements the meeting will be held from 6 – 8 pm.
  • VPM – Brent Stewart
  • VP-PR – Partick Hunt
  • Secretary – Kathy Denton
  • Treasurer – Kim Bond
  • Sergeant at Arms – Jim Salih – Jim will attend and assist with Zoom, we will need someone else to fulfill the in person SaA role. Contact Jerry Paul if you can help with this.
