- Jim Bubash, Vice-President Public Relations – There is a correction to the meeting minutes from last week. Tom has not organized the club picnic as announced then. That correction will be made to last week’s minutes. The minutes will be approved as revised
Committee Reports:
- Sarah Pitkin, Nominating Committee – The committee is still looking for candidates for the offices of President, Vice-President Public Relations, Secretary, and Treasurer. The committee has some people in mind and will discuss this opportunity with them. Being an officer is a great chance to learn new roles and skills, and how the club operates. Let any committee member know if you are interested in a position. In addition to Sarah, they are Rob, Brent, Adam, and Jim

- Max Kaiser – Mary Kirwin’s family says thank you for sending the club’s condolences and to those that attended the wake and funeral service
Correspondence and Announcements:
- Jim Bubash – We are still looking for a picnic organizer. The picnic traditionally is held in July. He’ll send another email about this topic. If no one organizes, there will be no picnic this year
- Geoff King was elected Director of Division F at the District 8 conference held this past weekend. Congratulations Geoff! Division F will be in good hands under Geoff’s leadership
