Our 2016 party is scheduled for December 14th at the “Pavilion at Lemay” located at

As we did two years ago we plan to have a White Elephant gift exchange. Just wrap up a gift and bring it to the party. Anything funny, outdated, inappropriate, unwanted, little to no value would make a fantastic White Elephant gift.
The facility is located inside Jefferson Barracks Park. You can get there by going north on Telegraph from the intersection of Telegraph and 270. After about 1 mile turn right at Sherman Ave. Continue till Greg Road where you will turn left. Continue until you get to 305 Greg Road where you will see the Pavilion at Lemay on the left. You should be able to get fairly good direction by entering Pavilion at Lemay in most GPS systems. It would be a good idea to check your GPS with my directions just as a double check.
We have the room from 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM. It is a large room so there will have space for all our Toastmasters along with family and friends.
The room is provided with a lectern, sound system, dry erase board,sink and coffee pot. These items are available for us to use without any additional charge. There will be two long tables provided to place food along with lots of round tables and chairs to sit.
We are asking members to bring a side dish such as an appetizer, desert, cookies, salad. I will bring a signup list to the Dec 7 to indicate what you plan to bring. Hoping that there will be a variety of food items with not too many duplicates. Please email me with what you will be bringing if you won’t be at the Dec 7 meeting.
The club will supply a meat and cheese platter with an assortment of cheeses, salami and crackers.
Alcoholic drinks ARE allowed so being your own. So BYOB and what ever you would like to share with others. The club will NOT provide beer as in the past.
We will need to clean up and be out of the room by about 9 o’clock.
We will have a donation box asking for a free will offering to help pay for the party to minimize the stress on our club’s treasury.
