Jim Salih made a motion to purchase an extension for the microphone. After some discussion, the motion was tabled.
Correspondence & Announcements
Tim Sullivan made the following announcements:
1. As VP of Education, he reminded the club members to have him sign the CC and CLE manuals after meetings as they complete roles. Members can talk to him if they have any questions.
2. There will be a Humorous Speech and Table Topics contest onAugust 31, 2016, the 5th Wednesday of the month.

Comments after meeting:
Jim Salih will be available to train anyone who is interested in learning how to use the microphone.
Kathy Denton reminded the members to be careful of the floor space used when giving a speech that is being recorded. The speakers need to stay in front of the camera for best recordings.
