Kevin Wilson is heading the search committee for new officers. Please contact Kevin if you would like to volunteer to be an officer next term.

Old Business:
Kathy Denton read the rough draft of the letter to be sent to building management. There was discussion around the letter and who it is actually going to and whether or not the apology in the letter should be left in. Motion moved to remove the apology was voted on and passed. Motion moved to table the discussion was voted on and passed. Apology will be removed and the letter will be re-drafted.

New Business:
The Officers committee met before the meeting. The Officers discussed purchasing new items for the club. Items to be purchased include banner with new TM logo, Officer’s pins and new name badges. Motion moved to approve funding for the items using approx $154 was voted on and passed.
