Officers’ Reports (VP Ed, VP Membership, VP PR, Treasurer, Sgt-at-Arms, Officer at Large)
Barb Sapienza, VP Ed, will be working on the November schedule and would like us to let her know if we have speeches or any roles we are working on.
It was suggested that we not meet on the Wed before Thanksgiving. A vote was taken and passed unanimously. We will not be meeting on the Wednesday the 24th, the day before Thanksgiving.
Laura Zemann VPPR, circulated a work sheet to keep track of roles performed at each meeting. Each role is given points toward the Toastmaster of the Year award. A trophy will be provided by Bill Collier. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Committee Report
Carl Hendrickson stated that we lost some members in the recent enrollment and we would like to send out a survey to find out why people left
Howard Brandt reports that 35 people are signed up for the 35th Anniversary Dinner, 2 besides him are charter members and 10 are past presidents. We are looking forward to having a great time.

Old Business:
Diane Fawcett, VP Ed, presented Dan Reuter to be installed. Dan was installed and Carl Hendrickson was named as his mentor. Welcome our latest Toastmaster.
Howard informs us that 65 people are signed up for the35th Anniversary Dinner. He could use some more help. The event will start with an open bar at 6:30 and dinner at 7:15. A highlight of the evening will be the speech given by Kelly Standing, a former member, who went all the way to the National Convention.

New Business:
Congratulations to Barb Sapienza! Barb placed 3rd out of 7 contestants at the Division 4 Table Topics Contest. 1st place went to Jerry Hoefflin. 1st place in the Humorous Speech Contest went to Sid Moore.
