President Debbie Young asked if there were any corrections or additions to be made to the meeting minutes of July 13, 2022. The minutes were approved as posted.
Officer Reports:
President: Debbie Young.
- SCTM will have a booth at the Sunset Hills Community Center event on August 10, 2022. Tom Krauska (Terrific) is coordinating the booth and will be representing SCTM at this event. Julie Zeitler and Patrick Hunt will assist Tom at this event. The purpose will be to promote SCTM and to the community with the idea of increasing Club membership.
- Debbie emailed all Club members and distributed paper copies to the Club members attending the meeting tonight, copies of the “South County Toastmasters President’s Distinguished Pledge July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023.” The purpose of this form is for all Club members to review their paths in Pathways and to commit to completing a level or levels within the next year. This will help the Club achieve the President’s Distinguished Award for the year, since the Club is required to complete a certain amount of levels in Pathways to achieve the President’s Distinguished Award. Please review the form and return a completed copy to the Club President, Debbie Young or to the VPE, Callie Koehr.
