President Patrick Hunt asked if there were any corrections or additions to be made to the meeting minutes of November 24, 2021, hearing none, the minutes stand as posted.
Officers Reports:
President: see committee report below.
VPPR: Liz wants to set up a Lastpass account for the passing on of passwords to subsequent office holders. She recommended going to password strength websites to check the strength of your passwords. A Google search will find one for you.
VPM: not present
Treasurer: no report
Secretary: no report
VPE: Bill has sent out the schedules for the last two meetings of the year. Check your email.
He announced the following Pathway Achievement awards for our members:
- JD Perper completed Level 3 of Presentation Mastery and Level 3 of Innovative Planning.
- Tom Krauska completed Level 2 of Presentation Mastery.
- Brent Stewart completed Level 3 of Effective Coaching.

Correspondence and Announcements:
- Jim Salih will be giving up the Zoom Master job if he is elected president and we will need to find a replacement. Jim is willing to train a replacement.
- Kathy Denton announced that she has been elected VPM for an Air Force Base Cyber Security Club.
- JD said that he will be sending out an email for his next concert.
- Jim Salih requested everyone to update their Zoom software on both PCs and MACs because once the latest update is done, updates will be automatic from then on. He will send out information on how to update. It is important to update because Zoom restricts its features to the person on the Zoom call that has the oldest updated software. Everyone on the call is restricted to that person’s level of features.
- Sean didn’t want us to forget that Patrick will be the Immediate Past President.
- Patrick announced that the District TLI will be this Saturday. It is open to both officers and all members. There will be makeup dates but he is not sure when. Check the District 8 website to sign up.
