President Patrick Hunt asked if there were any corrections or additions to be made to the meeting minutes of October 27, 2021, hearing none, the minutes stand as posted.
Officers Reports:
- President Patrick Hunt: Patrick has assembled a nominating committee consisting of Sean Sheehan, Susan McConnell, and himself. Expect to be contacted by them very soon. Also, Keith Page has dropped out of the club because he is busy and is not sure when he will return.
- VPE Bill Collier: Will be sending out the December schedule. Let him know what days you do not want to be scheduled and if you can’t make the meeting once you are scheduled, find your own replacement. Bill reported that recently he has had enough willing speakers for him to schedule 3 for some meetings. If too many members again ask not to be scheduled to speak, he will have to revert to two speakers a night.

- Susan McConnel suggested that if you are the Toastmaster of the Night and you need to contact someone on the schedule who has not been an active member, reach out to them with a phone call immediately instead of a text or email because you will get a more immediate response with a phone call which will expedite your planning of the meeting.
