Acting President Jim Salih asked if there were any corrections or additions to be made to the meeting minutes of October 6, 2021, hearing none, the minutes stand as posted.

- Liz is continuing to promote the club and now has all of our social media passwords available to her except for Youtube. Contact Liz if you happen to have the Youtube password available.

- Sgt-at-Arms JD Perper: no report

Correspondence or Announcements:
- Founder’s night for honoring Howard Brandt is scheduled for Oct. 20, and the Halloween Ghost Story night is scheduled for October 27. Bring a Halloween story, scary or not, and compete to win a $25.00 first prize. The prize is open to members or non-members. Dress the part if you dare.
- Debbie Young asked members to bring in any and all Toastmaster awards they may have been awarded throughout their TM career to put on display on Founder’s night, October 20. Food will be provided for the Founder’s night meeting.It was suggested that guests attendingFounder’s Day to RSVP so that we can estimate the total number attending. Send RSVPs to Victor or Bill Collier.
- JD Perper implored everyone to please not let the Toastmaster of the Night hanging when he/she emails and asks if you will be participating in an upcoming meeting.
