President Patrick Hunt asked if there were any corrections or additions that needed to be made to the meeting minutes of August 25, 2021, hearing none, the minutes stand as posted.

- Check the September schedule which is in your email but don’t reply to Bill Collier with questions about a meeting. Instead, reply to the Toastmaster of the Night for that particular night.
- Bill still wants to start the tradition of a Founder’s Day celebration in October. Wait for further word and contact Bill with any ideas.
- VPPR Liz DeCamp: None
- VPM Sandy Roll:
- Sandy is reaching out to past members asking them to come back to the club.
- Treasurer. Brent Stewart:
- Brent was not present but the $76.00 dues are due. Send dues ASAP to: Brent Stewart 5404 S. Lindbergh Blvd..St. Louis, MO 63123, check payable to South County Toastmasters

- Patrick announced that due to lack of response the Area 4 combined meeting has been cancelled.
Unfinished business –
- The collection for John Cleary’s passing includes $140.00 collected of $190.00 so far pledged. Other money is expected so we will probably collect over $200.00. In response to a question from Susan McConnell, Jim Salih explained that the donations will be sent to the organization requested by the family and it will be in the name of South County Toastmasters. There is still time to donate until Friday, September 3.
