• George asked if there were any changes to the minutes and hearing none, the minutes from 6/23/21 were approved as posted.
• Officers report, “If you have not signed a release form or your image or picture being on our website and social media, then please do so. We have them available at Sunset Hills Community Center and online.

New Business

• The slate of officers for the next term, July-December, 2021 have been read twice and seconded.
• Debbie Young read the slate of officers for a final time. The club voted to approve the new slate of officers for the next term, July-December, 2021:

  • VPE: Bill Collier
  • VPM: Sandy Roll
  • VPPR: Liz DeCamp
  • Secretary: Jim Salih
  • Treasurer: Brent Stewart
  • Sergeant At Arms: JD Perper
  • Officer at Large: George Kiser
• Debbie Young made a motion to have a single vote for accepting or rejecting the slate of officers rather than voting on each officer role individually.
• Reasoning: – everyone was running unopposed. 
• The motion was seconded by Bill Collier and the motion passed.

• George Kiser – Next week we will have the Induction Ceremony for the new club officers. The Induction Ceremony will be led by Vic Mattison.
