Committee Reports:
Bill Collier: Nominating Committee, made up of Bill Collier, Kathy Denton and Jim Salih, are pleased to offer an excellent officer slate for 2021.
Historically in this club we lean toward newer members. This allows people to learn and move through the ranks quicker.
Old traditions we would like to return to – the Vice President Education is slated to move into the President’s position in the new term.
This community recommends that this approach will be followed going forward.
New tradition: Immediate Past President step into the Officer at Large position automatically. (only if they’re willing) If they are, we would like this to be the way forward. Neither of these require a motion.
Unfinished Business:
Bill Collier:
The club currently has a Google Drive account with secretary notes that are accessible to all of us. Anything of importance should be put into Google Drive.

Speech contest Area 4 via Zoom – Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at 9AM
Joint area meeting on January 7th, 2021 at 6PM
Patrick is looking for one South County Toastmaster speaker. There will also be other positions you can fill in as well since this will be ran as a typical Toastmasters meeting.
Patrick is hoping to find some people who are willing to volunteer as judges. There will be a judge exchange with area 9. So, if you’re willing, please let Patrick know. JD Perper is available for attendance.
