Committee Reports:
Sean Sheehan gave a report about the progress the public relations committee has made. They’re integrating new ideas such as the use of Instagram and Twitter. They are continuing to be very active and expect to have more to report in the coming weeks.
Victor Mattison shared that we need to make a decision about our meeting room sometime in early July as they will start to take new reservations in mid-June. They have not been charging us during the weeks they’ve been closed but said there was no discount available if our room capacity is limited upon our return. It was recommended that this be added to next week’s agenda.
Newly elected officers will be inducted next week and Angela Breinan will be officiating the proceedings
