Sean Sheehan asked for the club’s support for the following recommendations by the newly appointed public relations committee:

1. Outreach to local businesses via email
2. Update club Facebook Page
3. Reach out ot The Call and other area newspapers
4. Articles on individual LinkedIn pages
5. Launch other social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter)
6. Outreach to students from local colleges or high school seniors

Upon a motion and second, the motion passed without dissent.

Announcements:    

Jim Salih recommended that members mute their microphones when not speaking and that they consider un-muting your phone during the Jokemaster’s remarks as it helps her/him know how the jokes are being received

Kathy Denton reminded us that we need to have someone perform the induction of officers next week.
