Officers’ Reports:
- Susan McConnell prepared some flyers to promote the upcoming Youth Leadership program which she hopes members can help distribute to places such as local libraries. Please contact Susan if you can help.
- Debbie Young said that due to the tight pre-meeting timetable she is going to set out meeting agendas, ballots and similar items on the countertop area just inside the meeting room. Members should pick this material up as they come in. Remember, we are not expected to be in the space before 6:45pm though we’re allowed to congregate in the common areas in the foyer area. We will need to be out shortly after 9pm so we’ll need to work on the process to make that happen.
Committee Reports:
- Matt Clark announced that we have received an application for membership from Prathyush Visapooran. After guests were escorted from the room Prathyush’s membership was discussed and approved after which he was inducted as a new member. Victor Mattison will serve as his mentor.
