- Jim S. -possibly doing Open House at Holiday Party
- Susan M. –concerns that may be short notice. In past years Open House have been posted in the newspaper to help draw attention
- Vick-Open a motion to have Open House on October 9th, hoping to attract guest that could become members before the new year.

December 4th at South County Toastmaster location (Met Life)
