Officer Reports:
- President – Brent Stewart – No corrections to the meeting minutes from last week. Approved as submitted.
- President – A list of the election committee nominated slate of officers was read to the membership for the second time. A motion was made to not to have a secret ballot for voting; that motion was seconded and accepted by the membership. The following slate of officers were elected unanimously by a voice vote:
President – Debbie Young
VPE: J.D. Perper
VPM: Anne Hartupee
VPR: Susan McConnell
Secretary: Sandy Roll
Officer at Large: Kathy Denton
Treasurer: Bill Hurston
Sgt. At Arms: George Kiser
The new officers will be inducted on January 9, 2019 (our first meeting back from the holidays)
Committee Reports: Party committee reaffirmed that the party will be held at the Affton Community Center on 12/19 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A food sign-up sheet was passed around for Pot Luck and it will be made available online by Jim Bubash for others to volunteer to bring dishes. Jim is looking for donations to offset at least part of the $250.00 cost to the club. Bill Collier suggested that we may want to start depending more on the money that we already have in our club account instead of requesting donations from club members. Contact Kathy Denton if you want to be part of the talent show or if you want a longevity award.

- Zach Smelcer became a member.
- Jim Bubash received an Advanced Communicator Silver Award.
- Debbie Young received her Dynamic Leadership Award – Level 1.

- John Keath is hospitalized and is not taking visitors.
- Max Kaiser is at Rosewood Care Center and is taking visitors. Call 314-629-0598 before visiting.
