Setting up a new account on Toastmasters.org should be an easy process, but they have made it a bit complicated.
On the login page, they don’t have a “New Account Setup” link, but instead tell you to click on the Forgot Password” link. They also add the confusing, Don’t have an account? Join a club.”
I’ve already complained about these confusing instructions, so hopefully they will change it in the future.
