- President – Brent Stewart – Meeting minutes approved as corrected.
- TMI – Rob Van Winkle is attending this week.

New Business:
- Brent Stewart noted the e-mail exchange between members the last few days re: meetings ending on time. Brent reminded members they can provide feedback to the Toastmaster and General Evaluator via their ballots during or after a meeting. He also encouraged members to give educational speeches so new members can learn about Toastmasters. No additional changes are being made at this time.
- Debbie announced and bestowed Mary Kay with her Competent Communicator Award that she recently earned.
- Brent – South County Toastmasters is on its way to achieving the Distinguished Club award.
Correspondence and Announcements:
- Jim Salih encouraged guests to attend Speech Crafters.
- Debbie Young reminded Toastmasters and General Evaluators preparing for a meeting to use the schedule in TurboBase when e-mailing the meeting schedule to members. Debbie noted any changes made since the schedule was originally announced will not be reflected otherwise.
- Open House:
- Sarah Pitkin noted she will be e-mailing an on-line document for individuals to sign up to bring food to next week’s Open House.
- Brent Stewart asked the members to let him and Sarah know if any guests will be attending. So far there are 5-7 alumni planning on attending. Brent will need to notify MetLife’s building security. He already made security aware that food is being brought in. He asked that we try to get to the meeting by 6:30 to socialize.
- Max Kaiser suggested we return to providing printed meeting agendas
