- Secret Santa gift exchange: unfortunately not enough participants this year, so we will not have secret Santa, but we will do the gift exchange as normal at the holiday party

Announcements:
- This weekend is the district conference and there’s a presentation for “Art of Effective Evaluation” sponsored by a past district direct. Adam and Erin will be working with her for that presentation
- 1 hour workshop on how to deliver the best evaluation you can
- Welcome everyone in the club to come and see how we present
- Scholarship committee for district 8 – Jim Bubash collecting donations for the silent auction
- We need to ensure we have two officers at the conference this weekend (Kathy and Victor) if not, we need to appoint proxy voters
- Sarah to reach out to Kathy and Vic to ensure we are set for this weekend
