Old Business:
Max – Webster U. annual speech tournament this weekend. At main campus from Fri 1-6pm Sat 8:00 am – 7 Sun 1-5. Can participate by being a judge. To sign up, go to the student union, tell them that you are a ‘toastmaster judge’. You can keep $10 or donate back. Free food on Saturday.
Jim Salih – reinforced anyone can help judge at Webster University. Gina Jensen organizes this.

New Business:
Adam Kuttell- President’s Distinguished Club progress, 7 points completed (8 by the end of this week), must complete 9 by June 2. Points needed; 1 cc leader, or 2 more cc
– Evaluation & International Speech Contest is Spring’s contest.

Motion to have SCTM contest on March 4, 2nd by Tom Terrific.

Area contest on March 28, and District contest on May 2.

Will need a contest chair assigned within a week or so. Should be someone with experience in previous contests and working towards leadership award. Motion approved.
Rob Van Winkle – area contest will be run differently from the past; in the past judges have come from outside, this year one judge from each club with a tie-breaking judge. If interested please let Rob know.
Susan McConnell – Propose to induct two new members; Jason Murphey, 2nd by Tom Terrific. Passed. Jason’s mentor is Jim Bubash.

Leon Sewkarran, 2nd by Adam Kuttell. Passed. Leon’s mentor is Steve Battag.
