South County Toastmasters Congratulates Adam Kutell!

Another member of South County Toastmasters is at it again!  Adam Kutell is the latest recipient of the Advanced Communicator Bronze Certificate.  To be eligible for this certificate, Adam had to achieved the Competent Communicator Award and two Advanced Communication Series manuals.
