Officers’ Reports
Mike Marian reported that some members went to the Twin Rivers Toastmaster club last Sunday for an inter-club exchange. Nilsa Scott was the speaker and Mike Marian was the evaluator. The meeting started 40 minutes late and they only had five members present. May 4th we will be hosting the Twin Rivers club.

Committee Reports:
Carl Hendrickson reporting from the Education committee said that they met this evening. They have passed out a new member survey
and ask that those surveys be returned to the Ed. V.P. The committee wants to talk about the mentoring process, have Tom Terrific do a speech on how to develop a speech, what the club district officers do, and what our club officers do.

Old Business:
Diane Fawcett reminded people that the 2011 International Convention was coming up and she passed out a flier for interested members and also suggested that they talk with Diane and consider getting a group to go out together.

New Business:
Nilsa Scott and Mike Marian were awarded the Full Circle Award.

Correspondence & Announcements:
Howard Brandt brought up that we need a new Secretary to fill-in until the end of June. If you’re interested please contact Kevin Wilson.
The Division A contest is this Saturday. Alan Kirby is a fill-in speaker if our Area speaker does not show up.

The Jeffco Challengers are looking for some members to visit tonight as they have a reporter visiting. If you’re interested they start at 7pm, New Hope United Methodist Church 33921 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold.
