Erin Gissell – Erin and Adam Kutell are spearheading a club event this spring, which was discussed in a meeting earlier this year. Date of Saturday, April 23rd has been decided with no one raising any objection until the event location was mentioned. Erin made several good points for Suson Park including playground, covered pavilions, fishing. Kathy Denton suggested Suson Park would be extremely crowded and perhaps another location could be found. Max Kaiser suggested Bee Tree Park. Erin agreed more research could be done and further announcements would follow. Volunteers are welcome.
Kevin Reichardt – expressed additional “Thanks” to Mike Marion and Bill Collier for their assistance with the International Speech and Evaluation Contest.
Adam Kutell: Anyone interested in a trip to Las Vegas in August for the International Conference.
Diane Fawcett, VP of Membership: Suggested anyone not able to attend in Vegas should try to attend the District Conference downtown.
New Business:
Diane Fawcet, VP of Membership: Application for membership for Fiorela Roorigano. Vote passed. Welcome Fiorela!

Max Kaiser, Jr.: A sympathy card was sent to the family of founding club member Phil Vanderharr.
