Judy, go to http://www.southcountytoastmasters.org/html/mr.html and look about a third of the way down the page. Subjects of the upcoming contest are “International Speech” and “Evaluation”. There are contest rules, ballots, a contest manual, etc. Let me know if you need additional help.
