The minutes from last week’s September 30th meeting were accepted as sent via e-mail to all members.
OFFICERS’ REPORTS:
President:
VP of Education: Kevin Wilson announced that an opening for Toastmaster was available for the Oct 14th meeting. This has since been filled.
VP of Membership:
VP of Public Relations: Mary Ann King requested that us all review the emails she sent with the link to “Toastmaster Coupons”. She passed around a copy of one, and it is available for review from the Secretary.
Treasurer: Mike Dobrich announced that there are currently 40 paying members. There are 38 active members and two inactive.

FILL-IN COMMITTEE: Carl Hendrickson announced that during this meeting we needed to activate two fill-ins (Carl and Howard) for late cancelations.
OLD BUSINESS:
Rich Ullrich announced that he will be preparing more information the following week regarding Youth Leadership (to be held in early 2010).
NEW BUSINESS:
CORRESPONDENCE & ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Max Kaiser sent correspondence (via email) to the Secretary to announce that former member Charlie Simmons is having health issues and if anybody needs further information they can contact Max.
Kevin Wilson announced that Sue Dickemper has completed the goals for the Full-Circle award.
Rich Ullrich delivered an overview of how far along we are into our President’s Distinguished Club award, and mentioned that the actual goal details and progress are documented on the website.
Rich Ullrich announced that Rick Favolaro will be performing in a play in the Kirkwood Community center.
