New Business: We welcomed a new member, Evan Montgomery, to the club. We also need to begin looking for our next group of officers and are seeking two volunteers to serve on the committee responsible for identifying potential candidates. JD and Brent volunteered to help with the committee.
Correspondence and Announcements: November 10th Friendsgiving information was emailed out by Amy.
There are currently two different versions of the agenda circulating, one owned by Bill and one by Victor, and recent permission changes have created some issues, including Jim no longer being able to make changes to Bill’s version. Debbie can help fix the permissions, but there is also a question of whether everything should remain public. There has been some inconsistency between the two agenda versions and how they are being completed, so we may need to align on one version going forward.
Amy will also be doing the first reading at 8:00 a.m. Saturday at Mary Mother for the remembrance of those who passed away during the past year.
