President: Amy Kelemen: Gary sent an email indicating that four committee positions are available. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to let Amy know. An additional email was sent regarding the new Pathways Online Meeting Mastery program, which provides a shorter learning path focused on developing online meeting skills compared to the traditional Pathways tracks.
VPE: Sylvia Awondatu: The club also purchased the new Pathways program, and the related payment information was shared via an Excel file

Unfinished Business: Lara Romano completed a review of the club’s books for the past six months and confirmed that everything is in good order.
Committee Reports: None
New Business: The membership voted on updated dues following Toastmasters International’s fee increase over the past year. To maintain the total cost at $91, the club will reduce the club dues portion. The motion was approved by the membership, and the club will keep dues at $91 for at least the next six months. It was also agreed that dues will be reviewed every six months going forward to ensure they continue to meet the club’s needs.

Monitor the technical performance of the Zoom meeting and collect feedback from remote attendees.
Plan alternative meeting arrangements for August 19th (likely via Zoom).
