New Business

Keith Page made a motion for the tech committee:

  • The SCTM executive board will establish a Technology committee of three people or more to review, maintain, and provide recommendations regarding technology and social media presence for South County Toastmasters. This includes, but is not limited to, the audio/visual/computational equipment, document maintenance and storage, online bill pay, social media, etc. The term of each position of the committee shall not exceed one year.
  • JD seconded the motion
  • Keith mentioned, “There are three individuals who said they would be on the committee this year. Those individuals would be Bill Collier, Debbie Young, and Rob WanWinkle. Tom Terrific has also been spoken to about an honorary chair of the committee.”
  • George announced there was a quorum and passed the motion.

Unfinished Business:

  • None
