- Kat asked if there were any changes to the minutes and hearing none, the minutes of last week’s meeting were approved as posted.
VPE: Patrick Hunt
- Patrick highly encourages members to attend our next Area Joint meeting.
- Our next Area Joint meeting is on March 4th at 6pm. The duration of the meeting should be around an hour and a half.
Treasurer: Prathyush Viswaroopan
- PV sent out an email on February, 11th regarding Membership Renewals.
- Please send a check to PV’s address (noted in the email) by March 15th.
- Make your check out to “South County Toastmasters.”

- Debbie ordered a few items last year through a credit with the District 8 bookstore. Debbie just received these items in the mail:
- Packet of Words of the Day : This packet will come in handy for members who need a word for the meeting.
- New Guest Book with the Toastmasters Logo
- Sign for Sunset Hills Community Center: We will list the times and days of the meetings. Additionally, we may add phone numbers to act as contact information for people who will be joining the meeting.
- Table Topics Cards: We received a couple of decks. The Table Topics Cards can come in handy when members are in need of ideas for Table Topic questions.
- Light Box: The Light Box has a timer. Once the timer sets the Light Box, it will count and automatically illuminate yellow and green lights.
- These items will be an upgrade to Sunset Hills.

- Due to a lot of nice donations, (which were equally distributed) the Owl has been ordered. We should have the Owl by Thursday. Debbie has a tripod and will store the Owl in a case. Most likely we will have the Owl next week for our meeting.
