Minutes of the October 7 meeting were sent out, hearing no change requests they were approved as sent and posted.

Brent introduced a new incoming member, Jeff Hoehn. The club voted him in as a new member. His mentor will be Jim Salih. Please welcome Jeff.
VP-PR – Partick Hunt – As Area Director, Patrick is hoping to set up an interclub meeting for the clubs in our area that meets every other month starting in December or January. He will share more information after he meets with more clubs and works out the details.

Committee Reports: Bill Collier reported that 10 people participated in the golf outing this past Saturday and he thanked George for helping to plan it.
Unfinished Business: Jerry Paul is planning a 45 year anniversary party for the club. He is hoping to hold it on 10/21st if Howard can make it. Howard will speak about the club history. Jerry is also still accepting short videos to put together into a video for the 45 year anniversary. Send your videos to Jerry.
New Business:
Jerry Paul announced that it is time to form the Nominating committee that selects officer nominations for the next term. The committee is made up of 3 people, one of whom must be a past President. Contact Jerry to volunteer to be on the committee and also if you would like to hold an officer’s office for next term.
Correspondence and Announcements:
The Toastmaster next week will be Prathyush Viasaroopan (PV).
Jim Salih announced that Max Kiser will send information on the Webster University speech and debate contest which is seeking Judges. In years past SCTM members have volunteered to assist as judges. Contact Jim Salih to volunteer.
Jim Bubash reminded us that Jeffco Challengers will hold their comedy night on 10/29th. Contact Jim Bubash to participate or get the link to observe.
