- Kathy Denton reminded the club that, despite the current plan to meet remotely, we need an event chairperson.
- The club’s By-Laws are being updated to reflect changes due to Pathways, changes to fees and to streamline the format and organization of the material. An updated version will be sent for the club’s review and comment prior to a vote as to whether the changes will be approved
Unfinished Business:
- The nominating committee has begun working on candidates for next term. If you are interested to serve in an officer’s role please let them know. The committee includes; Debbie Young, Jerry Paul, and George Kiser
New Business:
- JD got a call from a district representative about the spring meeting, May 15-16. The meeting will be held via Zoom. Information is available on the district 8 website, http://www.dist8tm.org
