Officer Reports:
- President – Brent Stewart – No corrections to the meeting minutes from 11-14-18. Approved as submitted.
Committee Reports:
- Kathy Denton – The nominating committee is looking for officers in the VPE and Sergeant at Arms positions. Brent noted officers training is scheduled for 12/1/18; he can forward the information to anyone who may be interested in attending (everyone is welcome).

- None
New Business:
- The Club inducted two new members: Sarah XU and Krista Butler. WELCOME Sarah and Krista! Steve Winheim will mentor Sarah and Carl Hendrickson will serve as Krista’s mentor.
Correspondence and Announcements:
- Kathy Denton – Christmas Party is Dec. 19th at the Affton Community Center from 6-9:00 pm. Anyone interested is welcome to participate in the Talent Show.
- Brent Stewart reported the club has met 8 of its 10 goal to win the Presidents Distinguished Club Award.
- Kathy Denton will print Longevity Award Certificates for any club member who would like one. Please let her know if you are interested and the length of time you have been with the Club.
- Jim Salih asked if there will be a meeting on January 2nd. Debbie suggested we discuss during the next business meeting.
- Debbie Young read next week’s schedule and Sean Sheehan noted he will be taking Sandy Roll’s position as evaluator.
- Bill Collier asked members to bring a toy for his company’s fund raiser. The toys will go to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
- D. Perper will be participating in a community concert band next Tuesday, December 4th from 7 – 9:00 pm. See J.D. for details if interested in attending.
- Susan McConnell participates in a Gospel Choir and they will be performing December 1st and 2nd. See Susan for details.
- Brent Stewart will be presenting his annual “Nut Speech” during next Wednesday’s meeting, December 5th.
