- President – Brent Stewart – Minutes should be corrected for speech crafters to start October 3 as opposed to September 26.
- Treasurer – Bill Hurston – Still members that need to pay dues, please pay Bill – he will send out email with his address to send if you need it
Committee Reports:
- Kathy Denton – thanks to everyone who came to the picnic and made it a great time. For those who didn’t make it, we hope to see you next time.
- Jim Bubash – few things leftover from picnic, please take after meeting

- Tom Terrific made a motion to be reimbursed for purchase of pins for youth leadership

Correspondence and Announcements:
- Bill Collier – Let the club know that Jack Bettag will undergo a procedure on Thursday, so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers
- We will pass around a card to sign for him next week
- Jim Salih – speech crafters starts next week – October 3. Please talk with Jim Salih if you have anyone you know would be interested

- Meets from 6-645 on Wednesdays before our regular meetings
- We have the Region 5 Advisor visiting the club next week – Heather Perkins, please attend if you can
