- President – Rob Van Winkle – No corrections to the meeting minutes from last week. Approved as submitted

Unfinished Business:
- Steve Winheim – White board – He sent an email last week with a link showing the photo and description of the white board replacement he suggests the club purchase. The replacement he suggests is a little narrower than our current board, but it has other features our current board does not have. The replacement is magnetic. The cost is $78.99. The stand for the new one is a tripod and our current board has 4 legs. The new board comes with a set of markers. Victor Mattison moved to purchase the replacement white board. Adam Kutell seconded. The motion was approved unanimously
- Rich Puskarich – The club must pay membership dues to Toastmasters by April 1st. The amount per member is $51. If you haven’t paid your annual dues to the club yet, please do so

- Awards – Carl Hendrickson received the Advanced Communicator Gold Award
