- President – Rob Van Winkle – No corrections to the meeting minutes from last week. Approved as submitted
- President – Rob Van Winkle – Tonight will be the graduation for the Speechcrafters Program
- Club membership dues are being collected now. The total fee is $51, of which $45 will go to Toastmasters International and $6 to our club. Our Treasurer Rich Puskarich emailed his home address to the members in case they want to mail the dues to him. The deadline for payment is the end of March. Since Rich won’t attend a meeting until the 3/28 deadline, Jim Salih will act in his stead to collect payments in the meantime

New Business:
- Mary K. Spencer – She will participate in the Ms. Senior USA Pageant. She would like to purchase a ¼ page ad in the pageant program to promote the South County Toastmasters Club. Mary K. will pay the cost of the ad herself. She moved to be allowed to purchase this ad and Jim Salih seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
- Certificates of Completion were given to the 3 Speechcrafters graduates: Janet Bold, John Fetter, and Adila Zafer – Bravo! Congratulations! Well Done!
