- President – Rob Van Winkle – No corrections to the meeting minutes from last week. Approved as submitted
- President – Rob Van Winkle – Thank you for coming out tonight and braving the weather. We are thrilled and honored to have our guests. Rob joined Toastmasters International in April 1986.

Unfinished Business:
- Kate Schafroth – Our speech contest is next week. All contestant and support roles are filled. We still need judges so please attend next week.
New Business:
- Geoff King – We have an application for membership received from Sandy Roll. George Kiser moved to vote on her application by affirmation without the guests leaving the meeting room. Geoff King seconded this motion. This motion was unanimously approved. The treasurer has received Sandy’s membership dues. Tom Terrific moved to admit Sandy and Geoff King seconded. The motion was unanimously approved. Jim Bubash will be her mentor.
- Mary K. Spencer – Announced our Youth Leadership Program will begin on Tuesday, March 6th. The cost will be $10 for the 8 week session. The program will have lessons on presentation giving, resume building, and other topics. It is for people ages 12-18. See her for more info. Jim Bubash announced he will help Mary K. market the program. Please give them contact names for high school counselors or other youth groups or home school children so we can present to them what the program will be about. The first 7 sessions will be on Tuesday evenings at Achieve Wellness located at 4282 Telegraph Road. The final session will be during our Wednesday meeting at the regular location from 7-9 pm. See Mary K. for additional information.
