Announcement: Vamsi Jammalamadaka won the division A speaking contest. Vamsi is moving on to the District 8 contest @ the Double Tree Hotel in Chesterfield, Missouri on 11/14/15
Motion by Adam Kutell to accept minutes from 10/07/15 and seconded by Carol Lindwedel
New Business: None
Officers Report: Dick Shields reported 3 active members owe dues and the deadline is past. Dick was looking for guidance how to proceed. Susan McConnell, VP of Membership is going to contact the members
Unfinished Business: Adam Kutell discussed SCTM needs to register as a club for upcoming District 8 event by 10/31/15. Acting President Jim Salih asked for a week to determine how to proceed in President Dave Domian’s absence. Matter will be discussed and decided on next week.
More Unfinished Business: Dick Shields inquired about status of Gary Brown’s application to the club. Susan McConnell asked Dick to hold onto the application and she will follow up.
Committee Reports: Carl Hendrickson reported the 40th anniversary party is two weeks away at Andres on Telegraph St. Louis County. Cost is 12.50 per person with a cash bar. See Carl to sign up and pay.
