Officers’ Reports
VP of Membership, Susan McConnell, gave membership report.  Since 2008 until 2015, the SCTM membership has consistently been between 38-49 members.  Currently, there are:  43 total members; 8 inactive members; 6 members have joined since January 2015.
Rob Van Winkle, District 8 Area Governor gave a progress report of SCTM.

Committee Reports:
Discussion of new officers for next term.  All positions are currently open.  There are nominations for the following positions:  VP Education – Jim Bubash; Treasurer – Dick Shields.

New Business: No quorum, so the meeting notes from the previous meeting can not be approved. Will be postponed to the next meeting.

Correspondence & Announcements:
President Jim Bubash reported that Brian Ettling sent an email regarding a conference he attended in which Al Gore was the main speaker.  Jim has more information for anyone who was interested in reading what Brian said about the conference.
