Jim- Monthly Reports via Officers: 1 st Education / 2nd Membership / 3rd Treasurer / 4th Wednesday meet at Delany’s
Dean- Monthly report for education. Submitted last CC leadership to meet 9/10 Goals. If we finish a CC by June 30 we will have 10/10 Goal met.
Vamsi – Should we run over the extra CC till next year (July 1)
Adam- Yes, wait and then check off goal for the new year. Going to 10/10 Goals has no other distinction by District/TMI.

New Business:
Adam – District 8 convention at the end of this month (May 29 & 30). Our district is doing the same payment schedule as the Fall. The club can do a single fee so individual members would only have to pay for the food events (banquet, etc.) Would need to submit a member list before May 11 then it will cost $60. After May 12, then it will be $80. Comments: Erin: can we pay the $60 and sign up later? Club list is an intent to go, then send in a PDF form in email (put on there that you are part of a club that has already paid, then register for food events if you would like)
Adam made a motion for the club to pay club registration of $60 before May 11 for members to attend and not have to pay individually except for food. Motion seconded by Tom Terrific. Passed.
Jim – Would like to start a 2 minute Forum. Whenever there is an extra few minutes in a meeting, then a member can come up and talk about meeting protocol (really anything; how TM maintains the podium, when to applaud, good speaking techniques, advice for writing critiques, etc.) Extra time, then TM calls for a 2 minute Forum. Speaker volunteers and comes up. Timer puts yellow light on at 1 minutes-45 sec, red at 2 minutes and buzzer at 2 minutes-15 sec.

Correspondence & Announcements:
Vamsi- A club had an open house on April 23, gave a humorous speech.
Dave- Will be doing a BBQ Pig Roast at a pavilion in Fenton Park, it will happen over Father’s Day weekend on Saturday June 20. He will be roasting a pig, and a friend will be doing ribs. TM have come in the past. Dave is on Team Serious raising money for M.S. Will have a band, bbq, and lots of fun. Will be there from 7a.m. throughout the day. Eating around 3p.m.
