Dean Bone: Need 1 CC to reach President’s Distinguish Award by the end of June. Know of a few more people that are close to finishing.

Old Business:
Adam Kutell: Still need a contestant chair so we can have winners go to the next level contest instead of voting two members to go.
Tom Terrific: Will gladly assist someone in organizing the contest that is newer to the club but has been a toastmaster a couple times and have seen a contest previously.

New Business:
Jim Bubash: We do not have an inclement weather policy, so we will be formalizing one at the next executive committee that will be voted on. Currently the procedure is to email someone in the executive board and they will notify club by 5:00 p.m.
