March 26th meeting minutes approved as sent and subsequently corrected.
Officers’ Reports:
Treasurer, Sudi Gopinath, announced that all membership dues were submitted for the next term! He confirmed for us that our club has 42 fabulous members and growing.
Secretary, Kelly Bottini, announced that 9 of our members had perfect attendance for the month of March: Howard Brandt, Jack Carter, Liz DeCamp, Brian Ettling, Shreya Gopal, Carol Lindwedel, Susan McConnell, Robb Osborn II, and Matt Ramshaw.
VPM, Carol Lindwedel, announced that Seth Lindsey had submitted a check for membership and will be inducted to our club at the April 9th meeting.

Old Business:
VPE, Jerry Paul, reminded us that our meeting on April 30th will be a Speech Marathon. Please contact Jerry Paul to volunteer to be a speaker or to assume another role at the meeting.
New Business: None
Correspondence & Announcements:
Jerry Paul will be attending the Spring Conference on May 3rd in Jefferson City MO. In addition to his role as Club 1957’s VPE, he will be proxy for our president, Matt Ramshaw. At the bi-annual Council Meeting Jerry will be entitled to (2) votes on behalf of our club. The following business items will be discussed: realignment; procedures; electing new District 8 officers.
President Matt Ramshaw shared his gratitude and congratulations for Carl Hendrickson who gave a speech for Speakers Bureau about St. Patrick for the South County Separated, Divorced, Widowed or Remarried group.
