OLD BUSINESS:
Adam purchased new CD’s for our camcorder (10 new ones, $8 each) and the money shall be settled with our Treasurer. James brought up the matter of ballots and we are running low on it. He had previously made a proposal to order perforated ballots printed on both sides, after multiple discussions, the final costing amounts to about $200. Second by Carl Hendrickson.
Discussion: Tom said there has been a long online discussion on the ballots and Tom mentioned this is a good middle line in terms of price and space to write comments. Carl asked if we are eliminating the notes to Toastmaster and Notes to GE in the form. James clarified that these notes will not be eliminated they will re-ordered according to the order of use. Adam asked if we are going to use pre-perforated forms and pointed out that the art work must match the perforations in case of change in order etc. James clarified that the pre-perforated forms come in first and the art work is ordered according to the perforations. Vote for motion on the floor – one sided perforated forms for ballots allowing $200 to obtain these. Aye s have it. We have our perforated feedback form! (Yaay!)
Howard mentioned that the Fox Chase location was not available on 11th Dec. The Christmas party is set for 18th Dec starting at 5:30 pm. Steve is handing out a sign-up sheet that is passed around. Let him know what you are bringing and who you are bringing to join us for the party. The club will be purchasing meat & cheese, beer & wine, and paper products! Please sign in on the sheet. (The money we saved on ballots are being rightfully channeled to the beer & wine segment for the Christmas party!)
Jerry Paul has requested volunteers for officers roles for the next term. He is still looking for VPE, Secretary, Treasurer, and Sargent at Arms roles to be filled in. Please take on these leadership roles they are critical in the development of a well-rounded Toastmaster. Please send him an email expressing your interest.

CORRESPONDENCE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: Tom mentioned that he is taking Ginny’s lead of bringing things to the meeting. He has some DVD’s that have humorous jokes and information about presentation skills on them. He has then set it by the voting table and can be used to listen and learn from. (We may need to continue this tradition!)
