OLD BUSINESS:
Volunteer judges for the Webster Univ speech Contest are required contact Max Kiser and send him and email for those who are interested. It will be from 22 – 24 Nov.
Jerry said that we are looking for a Secretary, Treasurer, and Sargent At Arms.
The issue of ballots has been tabled for next week.
Howard mentioned that we have an issue with the Christmas party. Matt mentioned he will be handling the Christmas party and it is coming up. Historically dates have been Dec 14 2011(Wed), Dec 12 2012 (Wed), Dec 11 2013 (Wed) / Dec 18 2013 (Fri). Motion to have the Christmas party on 11th Dec 2013 @ Fox Chase Apartments. Howard second, and said that they will need to check if the space is available for that particular date. Second choice for the date will be Dec 18 2013 (Wed). Motion made by Rob 1st 11th Dec, 2nd choice 18th Dec. Second by Steve. Any suggestions on the white elephant gift exchange, anyone interested in participating can bring it in.

Erin requested Tom to take care of Kelly since she wasn’t going to be here tonight. Please follow her example. If you are mentoring a new member and will not be present at a meeting have a more experienced Toastmaster help them in your absence.
